 This
is a new generation of plate
processor for single-sided
positive or negative pre-sensitized
offset printing plates.
AMK-HPD-850 has been engineered
using the finest non-corrosive
materials, such as stainless
steel and aluminum, nearly
all of which is recyclable.
HPD-850 is built with
the operator in mind.
The inside of the machine
can be dismantled very
fast to save time during
the periodic cleaning
of the machine. It works
very smoothly with chain
and belt drives. Easy
spring loaded clamps hold
the rollers in position
for operation. These rollers
can be easily removed
and cleaned due to the
innovative spring loaded
clamps.
 The
machine is timed so that
the chemicals dispensing
stops, when a plate leaves
the developer area, thus
reducing chemical consumption.
Chemicals are transferred
from a 20lt. container
to the chemical dispensing
reservoir via a transfer
pump. Chemistry levels
are monitored by sight
gauges in front of the
reservoirs.
AMK-HPD-850 plate processor
has a microprocessor,
which activates the sections
only when a plate is present.
As the plate is inserted
into the processor, it
activates a sensor that
starts the drive rollers,
scrub brushes, developer,
wash, gum (finisher),
drying and replenishment
cycles. All these cycles
are electronically programmed
by a controller and automatically
switched off after the
plate leaves the processor.
