IDEA :
The squeegee (mounted
readily on a clamp or
holder) is held still
horizontally by the squeegee
holder with blade up-right.
The grinding wheel rotates
and travels in a shuttle
stroke to grind the blade
edge. Due to high resolution
of the wheel and steady/smooth
shuttle stroke movement,
perfect sharpness and
straightness of the blade
is obtained.

SQUEEGEE HOLDER :
Utilizes quick and handy
leverage mechanism to
hold the squeegee straight
without bending in a still
position.

VACUUM CLEANING :
A vacuum cleaner (installed
inside the machine) to
collect the ground-off
debris ensures a clean
working area. Due to an
auto-shifting between
vacuum inlets along the
shuttle and grinding direction,
only the inlet behind
the wheel has vacuum and
catches the ground-off
debris right on the spot,
enabling 100% vacuum efficiency,
thus collecting most of
the debris.
